Bangsbo Leve-Bo is a care center with 30 residents spread across 3 houses in beautiful surroundings. We have two somatic houses and a dementia house. The apartments are located close to Bangsboskoven. We operate around the clock, and therefore we have day, evening, and night shifts. We hope that the ideology around the around-the-clock area can provide the best conditions for good citizen journeys, where holistic care is in the foreground.

Dialogue and discussions with colleagues are an important precondition for us to achieve our goals in the best possible way. We therefore have several forms of meeting at Bangsbovej.

Here with us, we place great emphasis on collaboration and interprofessional teamwork. We are each other’s best prerequisites for good citizen journeys, and this point is something we continuously discuss at meetings and in already established forms of collaboration.

At Bangsbo Leve-Bo you will meet a nurse, a scheduling planner, SSA, SSH, unskilled workers, and we also have students with us on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for you

• Who wishes to work day or evening shifts, or desires mixed shifts. Please describe in your application what you want
• As a rule, a 37-hour position is desired, but other working hours can be requested/negotiated and this can be discussed at a job interview.
• Can work every other weekend in day shift. In the evening shift, every second weekend is worked.
• Who brings an approach to work that consists of propriety and responsibility. We value employees who show courage and creativity and actively contribute to positive development through professional dialogue

We expect that you

• Are educated as a social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper, or have other experience or health professional background.
• Are passionate about providing care, nursing, and security based on the individual citizen in close collaboration with the rest of the team around the citizen.
• Let your individual professional and personal competencies come into play.
• Will contribute to a good working environment in close collaboration with colleagues on other shifts.
• Can work independently, but at the same time be a sparring partner in collaboration with your colleagues.
• Have knowledge of IT – preferably Cura care system.
• Can see yourself in a workplace where we are developing our collaboration interfaces. We have several projects ongoing at the workplace and therefore we would like you to be able to function in a daily life that is not always predictable in advance.

As a starting point your tasks include

• Care and nursing tasks and associated documentation tasks
• Handling of various SUL services, according to level and competence
• Active participation in meetings where professional input and dialogues are expected
• Ordering of food and participation in self-check in our houses (cleaning, quality checks, etc.)
• Other practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, tidying up and similar
• Participation in social arrangements from the citizen's perspective (walking, joint events and similar – if it makes sense with your work schedule.
