Plejecenter Enghaven and the home care service in Rødding are looking for a night-time caregiver!

Enghaven Care Center and the home care service offer an exciting combination position as a permanent substitute primarily in the night shift.

Do you thrive with high professionalism, with a particular focus on quality, joy of life for the residents at Enghaven and the citizens in the home care, as well as well-being at the workplace, then we would very much like to have you on the team.

We are looking for you who are educated SSH/SSA. The position is offered at 37 hours unless otherwise agreed. As a rule, you will work every 2nd weekend, but other requests can be accommodated.

Enghaven Care Center consists of 42 care dwellings, of which there are two general departments and a special unit, and with a large catchment area that falls under the home care in Rødding.

You will as a starting point be employed under Enghaven Care Center, but must also be a night-time substitute in the field group.

Visible and present leadership is a given both at Enghaven and in Rødding home care; it is important to us that you feel secure in this relationship.

You will become part of an engaged and positive staff group, which meets the residents and citizens with a smile on the lips and a natural calm, even when days present unpredictable tasks.

Your colleagues form a skilled and independent group that needs a new colleague to jointly lift the tasks and actively contribute to professionalism here.

You will have a central role in the acute tasks in the night shift with a nurse in the background. There are 2 night shifts working at Enghaven, but you will work independently in the home care when you have shifts there. It is therefore important that you have solid experience, can work independently and feel comfortable in your area of expertise.

You will receive an introductory program tailored to your personal and professional competencies, and will be in close dialogue with the management at the start.
