About the job

Permanent positions from January 1st, 30-37 hours per week. But there is also an opportunity for an earlier start. Majvænget is a new residential community with around-the-clock care for adults with intellectual disabilities and psychiatric comorbidities. The residents have substantial and lasting needs for pedagogical support and care. The residents are between 25-82 years old.

You will participate in the pedagogical work with our residents, and you should be able to see the strength in cross-disciplinary collaboration between the pedagogical and health care areas. We emphasize collegial cooperation and ongoing development of it as a cornerstone for the residents’ well-being.

For our newly built round-the-clock facility in Malling we seek strong professionals: pedagogues and health assistants.

• Have an eye for documentation.
• Knowledge of Moduls / FMK is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with the Shared Professional Strategy – including neuro-pedagogy, KRAP, and LA2, sensory integration are central approaches in our work.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary settlement occurs after negotiations with the trade union that has the negotiating rights.
