Temporary workers for a special assignment in the Triangle Region

Mental Care is seeking temporary staff for a respiratory care assignment for a young citizen with a severe brain injury. The assignment includes 24-hour coverage, and you will become part of a fixed team working in a shift plan with day, evening and night shifts as well as weekends. There is always one employee on the assignment at a time.

The work requires understanding of close collaboration with the family and the ability to contribute to a calm and respectful environment. Two training shifts are offered (in total 16 hours), so you will be well prepared to handle the task independently. The most important thing is that the task is carried out with stability and structure, so as to create security and continuity around the citizen and the relatives.

We expect that you

• Are trained as a Nurse or a Social and Health Care Assistant (SSA)
• Have experience in the respiratory area as well as CPAP
• Have experience with epilepsy, personal care and caregiving
• Can work weekends
• Are structured in your work, and can follow predefined plans
• Are able to create safe and secure surroundings for the citizen with presence and professionalism
• Have respect and understanding for working in a private home
