As part of the 2-year program you will be thrown straight into reality, where you

• Get your hands dirty: You work with everything from optimizing production flow to strategic leadership.
• Are challenged across borders: With rotations in Denmark, Sweden and Norway you gain a unique insight into Nordic industry from all angles.
• Create tangible results: You get responsibility and influence from day one. We expect you to challenge us with new ideas on how we can do things smarter, faster and greener.
• Grow in a strong community: You become part of a dedicated graduate team with close sparring from management and HR.

Special for this program: The program is designed with a view to permanent employment at our location in Odense . In order for you to settle securely into the role and gain the broadest experience, you must be willing to travel and work at our other locations during the two years.

Who are you?

You are ambitious, curious and hate the thought of sitting still. You have a relevant education (e.g., in management, supply chain, production or engineering), but most importantly: You have a strong ambition to develop yourself as a leader .

You thrive with high complexity, love when theory becomes reality on the shop floor, and you have the courage to take responsibility and lead people in a busy everyday life. You speak and write Danish and English.
