Restaurant Under Klippen – the city’s renowned gourmet restaurant and dining venue in the heart of Holstebro – is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager who can lead both daily operations and the restaurant’s further development.

About the job

As restaurant manager you will have the overall responsibility for the daily operations in the restaurant, the level of service and the team on the floor. You will be the link between guests, the service staff and the kitchen, and you ensure that every guest has a memorable experience based on seasonal produce and a sharp wine list.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Daily operations and leadership: Responsibility for shift planning, motivation and upskilling of the waiter and service team.
• Hostmanship of an exceptional kind: You lead as the good host, welcome guests and ensure high service and presence.
• Guest and event management: Daily coordination of table reservations, parties and special events.
• Wine list and finances: Maintenance and development of the wine list in collaboration with the kitchen, as well as focus on budgets, preparations and daily routines.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that standards for hygiene, presentation and atmosphere are always kept at the top.

You do not necessarily need to be trained as a waiter, but of course an advantage if you have experience in the field and leadership experience from a service profession.
