Assistant Bar Manager for ØLHAVEN at Bolten's Farm

Ølhaven seeks Assistant Bar Manager for our cozy bar in Bolten's Gård - a stone's throw from Kongens Nytorv.

Ølhaven's core competency is selecting the best beer Denmark has to offer. We have 26 taps - exclusively Danish microbrews.

Are you fond of beer, good with people, and proud to deliver excellent service - then you are just the one we are looking for.

You will join a team of bartenders who together will run our bar in the coziest and exceptionally lively courtyard in the inner city.

The primary job will be to stand behind the bar and pour beer for all our beer-loving guests. In addition, there is stock ordering, staff training and ensuring that premises and storerooms are kept neat.

The space is bright and open - with high ceilings. The interior is handmade by us and our craftsmen to make it entirely our own.

It is a place where your hospitality and your smile will help guests feel at ease while they enjoy the courtyard, décor and especially the flowing treats from our approx. 26 beer taps.

Your qualifications

Primary

• Reliable attendance
• Drive and good energy
• Extremely service-minded
• Can work afternoons, evenings and weekends
• Organized
• Gets energy from serving happy guests

Secondary

• Minimum one year of beer experience (sales, brewing, primary pouring of beer as a bartender)
• Experience as person in charge / captain / key holder

Interviews are held on an ongoing basis and we hire when the right one is found. The job starts when the right candidate is found. Additionally there will be a couple of training shifts beforehand.
