We are looking for a passionate restaurant manager who wants to lead the restaurant, the team and the continued development of Bone’s Amager.

About the job

As restaurant manager at Bone’s you’ll be responsible for the daily operations and a large team of engaged colleagues. Your main task is to create great experiences for our guests while ensuring a strong and well-functioning team where employees thrive and develop.

We believe in visible leadership. You must be close to both guests, staff and the daily operations - even when the restaurant is at its busiest. Therefore you should expect that evening and weekend work is a natural part of the job.

Your responsibilities will include

• Ensure high quality and good service in daily operations.
• Lead, develop and motivate your team through training, feedback and coaching.
• Create a strong culture and a well-functioning team with high morale.
• Take responsibility for budgets, finances and the restaurant’s results.
• Ensure a healthy and profitable operation without compromising the guest experience.
• Take an active part in the daily operations - with us you also lead from the floor.

You will have a large responsibility for many - and often young - employees. Therefore it is important that you have leadership experience and can create clarity, motivation and followership around you.
