Social- and Health Care Assistant for Day Shift

You are a social and health care assistant with experience in or a desire to work in the elderly and dementia field. You are professionally grounded, reflect on your own practice and work in a structured and safe manner within your area of competence.

Your tasks will include

• Create homeliness, safety and moments of joy together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.
• Take responsibility based on the resident's needs and values.
• Collaborate across teams and brainstorm with colleagues.
• Document. We use Nexus.

• Is a trained social and health care assistant with experience in the dementia field
• Wants to develop yourself
• Is passionate about creating a good everyday life for older people
• Is positive, flexible and works well both independently and in teams

About the position

• The position is 32 hours, with work every 3rd weekend.
• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• Health insurance, which includes access to physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc.
• Favourable meal arrangement
• Start date: 1/1 2027 or by agreement.
