Warehouse and Logistics Worker for Dispatch in Lillerød

We are looking for a warehouse and logistics employee in Lillerød.

You will land in a larger production and sales company, where the warehouse is close to the rest of the business. Goods must come in, be placed correctly, counted, and sent on without chaos. There are about 40 colleagues in the company, so you become part of a place where several functions must work together every day.

The role suits you if you get peace of mind from order and clear workflows. Here, quality, safety and warehouse management matter in daily life. You should be able to take action, maintain an overview and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

Salary: 215-235 DKK per hour

Area of work: Lillerød and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 40 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Full-time contract - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term placements.

Everyday: Shipping, warehouse management and internal transport

Your daily routine

When a shipment is to be sent out, it’s about getting picking, packing and control to come together. Putaway and internal transport also fill the day so goods end up in the right place and can be found again. Counting and warehouse management are a fixed part of the rhythm, not something you only do when there’s time.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepare shipments so goods go out correctly
• Incoming goods and handle internal transport
• Keep an eye on quality, safety and order in the warehouse
• Work with warehouse management and counting
• Pick and pack goods according to agreement

If something doesn’t add up, it’s important that you speak up immediately. That’s how the warehouse continues to function for production, sales and customers.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience with warehousing and logistics
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work in a structured way with picking, packing and shipping
• Keep order and speak up if something doesn’t add up
• Show up reliably and take responsibility for safety in daily life

The most important thing is that you are stable, can take action and understand why order in the warehouse matters.
