VIA University College, Center for Educational Materials (CFU), Fanøvej 9B in Viborg is seeking a warehouse worker who can also take on driver tasks, with starting date January 1, 2027.

VIA Center for Educational Materials lends and distributes teaching materials to schools across the region. CFU supports teaching through a wide selection of analogue and digital teaching materials as well as TV broadcasts aimed at educational use.

As a warehouse worker who can perform driving tasks, you will be an important part of the daily operation and quality assurance of CFU’s teaching material service.

Your tasks

Your primary tasks will be

• Picking and packing orders for the region’s schools
• Unpacking and registering returned materials
• On-site stocking of materials
• Receiving, counting and registering new materials
• Preparing materials for loan
• Transporting materials to the region’s schools in case of sickness or when drivers are busy
• Various ad hoc tasks related to daily operations

Your qualifications

We imagine that you

• Have a education in warehousing and logistics or equivalent experience
• Are stable, meticulous and responsible
• Thrive in a daily life where the workload can vary and where there are periods of high tempo
• Can maintain overview and prioritize tasks, even when it is busy
• Contribute to a good work environment with positive energy and good humor
• Are proficient in Danish in writing and speaking
• Are prepared for physical work
• Have a driving license for passenger cars (category B). Driving license for trucks (category C) is an advantage

Employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the Central Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and OAO and the organizational agreement with 3F (State).

The position is full-time with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00 and attached flextime arrangement.

Your main workplace is Fanøvej 9B in Viborg, but you should expect that there may be activities across the Central Denmark Region.

The position is desired to be filled on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
