Dispatcher for our minibus department in Hvidovre

At VIKINGBUS, Minibus east of Hvidovre, we are seeking a Traffic Dispatcher who can keep track of today's tasks and ensure that the daily operations are carried out correctly. You will also be able to provide support to both drivers and customers by phone and email. We value a workday with good humor and strong cross-team collaboration.

VIKINGBUS is a Danish-owned company that provides safe and environmentally friendly travel nationwide. We operate with both coach buses, minibuses and city buses, and we have a sharp focus on high service and responsibility in everything we do.

You will become an important part of the team with a central role in daily operations. You handle the operations phone and operations email and help to dispatch the day's trips when changes arise.

Working hours

• 37 hours per week
• Working hours fall in the time window 6.00-14.00

Your main tasks will be

• Ongoing processing of operations emails
• Handling various calls from customers and drivers
• Dispatching for the day
• Solving ad hoc tasks

We expect that you

• Speak and write Danish
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview, even when pace is high
• Have a flair for systems and can work efficiently in the MS Office suite
• Have a service-minded approach, both towards drivers and customers
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of our planning system FleetSched
• Thrive in a role with fixed procedures and varied tasks
