We are looking for a Groundsman/Greenkeeper for the Vækst+ Elite Groundsman Team

We are looking for you who…

+ Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks in daily life – even when there is no one next to you telling you what to do.

+ Thrives in a team and knows that the best results are created together. You readily share your knowledge, help a colleague and accept sparring.

+ Has a good handle on the machines. You have a good knowledge of the machines and equipment used in the trade, and you are not afraid to get involved when something needs adjusting or fixed.

+ Has a hint of perfectionism. You notice the details and don't necessarily stop just because the task is “good enough.” You want it to look right – and to function.

+ Has professional pride. You care about your craft, your grass and the result you deliver. You know that quality doesn't come by itself.

+ Can motivate yourself. There are days when the sun shines, and everything goes well – and days when the weather, the grass and the machines have other plans. You still show up with commitment and take responsibility for the task.

+ Can you repair and troubleshoot machines, is a big plus. We do not expect you to build a greenkeeper machine from scratch – but you may be the type who just figures out why it won't start.
