About the job

The accounts receivable team is part of the accounting department, where there are 19 employees. We are looking for a skilled employee for our accounts receivable team, which consists of 6 employees, who are responsible for the company's debtor tasks in Denmark and Sweden. We emphasize that there are good opportunities for sparring and support from experienced and engaged colleagues. You will be responsible for posting and reconciling payments as well as handling customer inquiries from both internal and external customers and partners. Other tasks will include:

• Sending payment reminders
• Contact with debtors
• Debt collection handling
• Refunds/payments
• Reconciliations and control of open items
• Invoicing, bookkeeping, control and reconciliation
• Tasks related to month-end closing, audit and annual accounts

• You work in a structured and quality-oriented way and do not miss a deadline
• You are fluent in either Danish or Swedish
