We are looking for dedicated hourly-paid temporary workers for Esbernhus

• preferably with relevant experience or students within pedagogy, SSA and similar.

Esbernhus is a social-psychiatric residential facility located with a view over Kalundborg Fjord.

We support adults with mental vulnerability to live the life they want. These are people who need to live in supportive surroundings, and we offer support under the Danish Social Services Act § 85 and § 83. We have 30 homes that residents rent under the Almenbolig Act § 105.

We are therefore looking for you who want to participate and contribute to this.

As a part-time hourly paid temp we prioritize health or pedagogical background or experience. You may be in the process of education, and able to take evening, night and weekend shifts.

You will receive an introduction, and you will be together with skilled colleagues when you are at work.

We are a residential facility that values professionalism, and we are in the midst of an ongoing development and change process with a milieu-therapeutic starting point and a recovery-oriented approach. We work from our social-work foundation. The foundation is our pedagogical and health-professional outset and direction in the daily collaboration with the house residents and in the collegial work community.

We emphasize that you find it natural to involve the resident in all aspects of their daily life, because that is how we collaborate with the residents here at Esbernhus. We offer

For the right person we can offer becoming a temp at a workplace with many temp work days throughout the year. We hold regular temp worker meetings with information and discussion of relevant topics about every other month.

In the summer period, when the regular staff are on vacation, we will be able to offer you a fixed-term employment with a fixed number of hours per week.

We are a multidisciplinary staff group, where through temp work you can both learn and contribute across disciplines. We have pedagogical, health-science and nutrition-science competencies in the staff group.

We expect

We expect that you prioritize the work days we offer. Aside from vacation periods, it will often be on short notice.

You and your colleagues will contribute to shaping Esbernhus of the future – an attractive place to live tailored to contemporary needs within residential care for adults with mental vulnerability.

Employment terms: In accordance with applicable collective agreement. Esbernhus has a service agreement with Kalundborg Municipality and a cooperation agreement with OK-Fonden.
