We are currently seeking a staff member for a fixed every other weekend and possibly shifts on weekdays, who can see themselves in a very diverse group of residents, where the tasks are varied.

Botilbud Elbæk, Elbæktoften 9, 8370 Hadsten is seeking weekend staff for a fixed every other weekend.

Botilbud Elbæk is a dynamic and lively offer with space for 39 residents distributed over 2 groups. The target group is adults with reduced mental and physical functioning to varying degrees, who need support and help based on an individual pedagogical approach.

Some residents are almost self-sufficient regarding personal hygiene, undressing and dressing, and meals, while others need help with all practical and personal tasks. In this context transfers and personal care occur

At Botilbud Elbæk we offer a special educational/therapeutic approach that takes its starting point in the citizen’s needs and support level. We work blended from KRAP and as much as possible in their own life.

As a new employee at Botilbud Elbæk you will join a staff group consisting of experienced pedagogues, social and health care assistants (SOSU assistants), occupational therapists, social workers, psychomotor therapist, sex adviser, care assistants, cleaning assistant and department heads.

Working hours will be day and evening shifts between 6.45-22.15, as we are a 24-hour service. There will be opportunities to take more hours, especially during holiday periods.

Christmas, New Year, holidays as well as summer vacation are planned separately and are not part of the fixed rotation, but you join on equal terms with the rest of the staff group.

• You are good at communicating in writing and are familiar with IT
• You have a good overview and can work flexibly

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final permanent employment will be arranged after negotiation with the negotiating trade union based on qualifications.

Weekly hours: 10-25 hours depending on your own preference

Expected start date: as soon as possible

Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis

Driver's license: Category B - ordinary car
