About us

Odense Friplejehjem Provstegaardshjemmet is a private nursing home with capacity for 72 residents distributed across three departments.

Our residents have various somatic illnesses and issues, and we also have residents with dementia.

We work every day to give our residents the best possible life in old age. Residents have different needs in daily life, and we emphasize meeting them in their initiatives and creating security, presence and structure.

With us we have a high activity level, and we follow the tasks through to completion. Daily life varies a lot, and therefore we place great emphasis on good collaboration and clear communication within the coworker group.

About the evening shift

In the evening shift there are always three staff members working in each department. This creates a strong community, good collaboration and the opportunity to support each other in both professional and practical tasks.

The position is 28 hours per week, with working hours between 15:00 and 23:00.

We work in a fixed evening shift in a 5-2 rotation, with weekend duty every other weekend in even weeks.

The normal periods run in a fixed 16-week cycle.

There is the possibility to take time off/vacation for up to 6 weekends per year, which provides good opportunities to plan leisure and family life.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
