About the job

Are you passionate about working with public housing law, and would you like to help resolve conflicts between tenants and landlords? Then apply and become part of a workplace that highly values collaboration and professionalism.

We offer a strong legal environment where you can strengthen your legal profile and spar with skilled and engaged colleagues in daily work. You will work with a complex area of law that affects many people’s lives and everyday life in affordable housing in Copenhagen.

About the job

The Tenant Complaint Board is responsible for correct, high-quality legal case processing, which is why we place great emphasis on professional sparring and ongoing competence development. We believe this helps keep us sharp and up-to-date within relevant professional areas.

Your workday will feature a diverse portfolio of tasks, and your primary task will be to prepare cases for the Tenant Complaint Board. The work consists of drafting recommendations in cases for the board’s meetings, subsequently formulating decisions, and ongoing contact with tenants and landlords in connection with case processing. You will be responsible for your own cases and handle the ongoing case processing from start to finish.

At the Tenant Complaint Board we experience that cases can escalate in conflict level, and you will receive support and backing from your colleagues in handling this.

Is it you?

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a legal education at either bachelor’s or master’s level.

We have many cases, and you will achieve success in the position by working independently, in a structured manner, and by prioritizing your work. It is important to have a good overview and to meet deadlines. In addition, you should have an understanding of the balance between quality and productivity.

You have good collaboration skills, and you possess the flexibility and receptiveness that are prerequisites in a public organization where tenants and landlords are our clients. You have strong analytical and written drafting skills.

We would like you to have knowledge of the administrative rules on case processing. Furthermore, it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of or practical experience with the Danish Housing Act (almenlejeloven).
