Will you help shape a kindergarten in development?

Would you like to have a professional role as a language coordinator? At Bella Luna, our kindergarten, in the past year it has grown from one to two groups. We are therefore looking for 2 qualified pedagogues who wish to put their expertise to use and help develop our shared practice.

Bella Luna is a small children’s house with two baby groups and two kindergarten groups. We are large enough to accommodate different perspectives and small enough to know each other and collaborate across teams.

A collaborative work community with room for ideas When we asked the staff why they work at Bella Luna, they highlighted especially the collaboration, warmth and humour. Here colleagues support ideas, test new initiatives and find solutions together when something does not work as expected.

We take our work seriously, but there is also room for fun and mischief. Some staff also choose to meet socially outside working hours – completely voluntary and simply because we enjoy each other’s company.

Children should be able to feel that they belong We base our work on the children’s resources and ask what we adults and the community can do to ensure all children have the opportunity to participate in strong communities.

We work in a structured way to create a clear and recognizable daily life. At the same time we adapt activities, learning environments and group formations to the children we have. Play, relationships and close parent collaboration are central to our work.

Who do we hope you are? You are educated pedagogues and meet the children with calm, presence and a resource-oriented mindset. You are committed to relational work, can create an overview and want to develop practice together with colleagues.

We would like to strengthen language work in the kindergarten. If you are interested in the area, it may be possible to take on a special role, but it is not a prerequisite for applying.

In the Municipality of Roskilde we are paid time for preparation, allocated according to the tasks you perform.

The positions are initially 37 hours, but a different number of hours can be agreed.

Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement. A child certificate and a criminal record check, as well as references, will be obtained before employment.
