For our department at STEMAS in Havdrup we are currently seeking an experienced and leadership-strong workshop manager who is also willing to take on administrative work for our workshop management team.

You will become a central part of our aftersales organization and will be responsible for daily operations as well as leadership of the field-based fitters in Havdrup. At the same time you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the department and contribute to the strategic decisions in collaboration with the workshop manager and the aftersales manager.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Daily leadership of the field-based fitters in Havdrup (currently 8 employees)
• Planning and coordination of service and repair tasks
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient operations
• Create, follow up on and invoice orders
• Contribute to the development of the department and the achievement of the company's goals and strategies
• Collaborate with the workshop manager and workshop assistant on daily operations

• Have experience with Navision, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
