Would you like to be a social- and health care assistant trainee paid during the basic course 2 in Holbæk Municipality?

You will receive pay throughout the entire training.

We are looking for motivated social and health care assistant trainees for the Foundation Course 2 starting 18 January 2027.

The training lasts about 20 months including Foundation Course 2 and alternates between classes at ZBC Holbæk and placements at a care center and home care in Holbæk Municipality. Since we cycle to the citizens in home care, it is required that you can ride a bicycle.

You will get an exciting education where you learn, among other things, to assist citizens with personal care and practical help such as heating meals, cleaning, etc., but also to initiate activities with the citizens and improve their quality of life.

We have a good learning and educational environment, where you have both a daily supervisor and a responsible supervisor who help support and guide you during the training, as your well-being and professional development are important to us. We ensure a thorough introduction to the tasks at your placement as well as to your education, where we, among other things, hold introductory days for new students so you get a good and secure start.

You meet at student cafés with the other students, where you have the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other and where we also have lessons in professional topics.

There are good job opportunities after completing the education.

To be considered, you must apply to Foundation Course 2 SSH at www.optagelse.dk with a start date of August 10, 2026 at ZBC Holbæk. Thereafter ZBC will invite you to an RKV, which you must attach to your application.

Salary and employment conditions

• You will receive pay throughout your training, both during school and placement periods
• The pay is according to the applicable agreement with FOA
• If you are 25 or older, you will receive adult student pay
• You can expect to have weekend shifts about every 3rd and 4th weekend during placement periods
• The placement locations are geographically spread across Holbæk Municipality
• We arrange your training program for you
