Your team

You will become part of our construction group, whose primary area is to engage in design of many different projects, where you get the opportunity to follow the projects from A-Z across the entire business. We are about 25 colleagues in the department, which is part of a professional community of more than 150 skilled colleagues with climate adaptation and utilities as the headline.

You also get access to international professional networks, where we work together across disciplines and geographic boundaries to solve the tasks as best as possible.

Your tasks

At WSP we would like to give you tasks that help you develop professionally and personally, but you are not alone in them. We work together and help each other.

• Detail design of utility projects (water, rainwater and wastewater)
• Planning and schematic design of drainage and climate adaptation tasks
• Design of basins, pump stations and civil works
• Preparation of tender materials for contractors
• Supervision and construction management in the construction phase
• Development of building projects

If you have experience with project management, that is advantageous, but not a requirement.

Your skills and competences

Competence development becomes a natural part of everyday life through sparring with colleagues and ongoing experience from projects. We expect you will fit very well to the job if you can nod in agreement to the following:

• You have several years of relevant experience with design of civil engineering projects
• You thrive in an open and humorous office environment
• You can work independently with freedom under responsibility
• You are curious about customers' wishes and expectations
• You speak and write Danish
