About the job

We are looking for a dedicated medical secretary/SAK, who is passionate about coordination, quality and good patient pathways – and who wants to become part of a strong professional community in the Department of General Psychiatry in Aalborg.

There is one permanent position of 37 hours per week to be filled by 1 January 2027 or by agreement. Two weekend/public holiday shifts per year should be expected.

Do you have an eye for both people and structure and do you thrive in a daily work life where you work independently as well as closely with different professional groups? Then you are the one we are looking for

About us

You will become part of the Department of General Psychiatry, Aalborg, which consists of inpatient wards, Psychiatric Emergency Department with Reception and a comprehensive outpatient function.

You will spend your daily work at the Outpatient Clinic for Affective Disorders – Depression Team at Mølleparkvej, where you will become an important part of the team around the patients. In 2027 you will, however, have to move with the outpatient clinic to a new Outpatient Building on Brandevej in Aalborg East.

As a medical secretary/SAK you help make the day run – and you will have a central role in coordinating patient pathways while also needing to be willing to receive ambulatory patients, as we also have a reception function in the outpatient clinic.

About the job

You will become part of something bigger

With us you become part of a medical secretary group of 40 dedicated colleagues, where we help each other, share knowledge and focus on both professionalism and job satisfaction.

We believe that we become better when we use each other's different competencies.

  • Thrives with both independent tasks and close teamwork
  • Has good technical skills, is good at putting things in order and thinking ahead
  • Is curious, engaged and eager to develop yourself

  • Contributes to a good working environment and a strong sense of community
