At Hyldegården we continuously work on strengthening our professional competencies and increasing the share of trained pedagogues. In that process we are also looking for pedagogical assistants or supporting staff for our nursery, as there may be a possibility in Hyldegården to train to become a pedagogue in the long term, while working in the house with full pay.

We are looking for you who are present, caring and who want to help provide the children with the very best conditions for a safe everyday life . We have an eye for the individual needs children can have, and we also work with special pedagogical tools. The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position isn’t right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

Start date 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. We are however happy to wait for the right candidate.

A little about us

Hyldegården Nursery is a wonderful integrated day care institution, consisting of approximately 55 happy children aged 0-6 years distributed across 5 groups, of which two are toddler groups and three are kindergarten groups.

At Hyldegården Nursery we work with preventive pedagogy, community-building pedagogy and complex pedagogical issues .

Our pedagogical approach is based on creating a safe and stimulating everyday life for the children, where play and learning go hand in hand. We focus on children's well-being, development and community, and we place great emphasis on collaboration with parents.

In Hyldegården there is – due to the good collegiality and an appreciative approach to one another – ample opportunity to develop the culture, where everyone shares focus on the core task, namely ensuring children's well-being, learning, development and formation.

Salary and employment terms are governed by the collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
