About the job

Would you like to work in a municipality where professionalism, presence and holistic solutions go hand in hand?

We are once again seeking an engaged and experienced benefits caseworker who would like a versatile position with responsibility for both welfare benefits and Dragør Municipality's local integration efforts.

The position has become vacant again, and therefore we are posting it again. Maybe it is you we have the opportunity to bring onto the team.

You will become part of a small professional environment with short decision paths, a high degree of autonomy and close collaboration across the municipality. Here, there is not far from idea to action, and you will have the opportunity to shape both daily task execution and the continued development of the area.

The position is anchored in the Center for Citizens, Culture and Social, where we work purposefully to ensure that citizens receive the right help on time and that new citizens get a safe and coherent start to life in Dragør.

About the job

As a benefits caseworker you will be part of a close professional collaboration, where you together with a colleague solve tasks in both the benefits and integration areas.

You share responsibility for the daily task execution and work closely to ensure correct case processing, timely payout of benefits and a coherent effort for the citizens. This provides good opportunities for ongoing sparring, coordination and joint development of the tasks.

In the employment area, Dragør Municipality works closely and obligingly with Tårnby Municipality, which handles the employment-related efforts. You will therefore be an important link between the citizen, Dragør Municipality and Jobcenter Tårnby.
