What does it mean?
Dynamic (dynamisk) is a personal trait word used in Danish job postings to describe candidates who thrive in changing conditions, learn quickly and show energy and initiative.
It often signals a startup culture, growth phase or role with varied tasks and unclear boundaries. Expect frequent change, multitasking and less rigid structure.
In applications, support "dynamic" with examples: adapting to new systems, handling crisis situations, working in multiple roles or succeeding in fast-growing companies.
Ensure the fit is mutual — if you prefer stable routines and deep specialisation, a "dynamic" environment may cause stress. Ask in interviews how change is managed and supported.
