What does it mean?
Job clarification programme (jobafklaringsforløb) is an activation measure for unemployed people whose skills, health or background make standard job search difficult. It combines guidance, aptitude testing, coaching and sometimes short work trials to clarify realistic job options.
Participation is typically agreed with the job centre and may be mandatory if offered appropriately. Duration varies — often several weeks to months.
The programme aims to match you with sustainable employment or further training rather than unsuitable quick placements. Use it actively to discover strengths and sectors you had not considered.
