Creative
What does it mean?
Creative (kreativ) describes the ability to produce original ideas, approaches or content. In job postings it signals roles involving design, marketing, innovation, content production or unconventional problem-solving.
Demonstrate creativity with portfolio pieces, campaign results, process improvements or examples of innovative solutions to business problems. "Creative" alone is weak without output examples.
Creativity complements analytical and structured skills — employers often want both: structured execution of creative ideas. Mention tools (Adobe, Figma, writing, prototyping) where relevant.
In Danish workplace culture, creativity must often be channelled collaboratively — show how your ideas benefited teams and clients, not only individual brilliance.
