Friis Andersen Arkitekter is in rapid growth, particularly in the Copenhagen metropolitan area, Nykøbing F. and in Jutland. We are therefore seeking construction engineers who have experience in design and construction management in connection with renovation of residential buildings, new-build of social housing and private housing as well as office and institutional construction.

We have many years of experience especially in housing construction of both social and private housing, but in addition we have projects ranging from institutional buildings, church restorations, renovation of sports and

industrial buildings as well as housing for residents with high care needs.

The design studio has 37 permanent employees, with each their competencies within design, fire consulting, client advisory, environmental screening, trade supervision, construction management mv.

Qualifications

• You are a construction engineer and have 4-5 years' experience as a construction manager and with trade supervision
• You have a crafts background
• You have solid experience with design in AutoCad and Revit
• You master the Danish language and are good at communicating both verbally and in writing
• You are reliable

As a person you are proactive and self-driven, and you can stand on your own on the construction site. With your solid technical expertise you are capable of independent communication and conflict management with the contractor. One of your core strengths is finance, and you can negotiate agreements with the contractor.

You are motivated by professional development, as well as being part of a team where sparring with both young and experienced construction engineers and architects is an important part of daily life.
