2 Pedagogues for the Resource Team in the Daycare Area North

Do you want to help create strong children's communities and develop pedagogical learning environments where all children have the opportunity to participate?

The Nord Daycare Area is seeking two engaged and professionally grounded educators for our resource team. Both positions are 37 hours per week with start on 1-1-2027 or as soon as possible.

As a resource educator, you work closely with the pedagogical practice and across our day care facilities. Together with the other pedagogical staff, you contribute to exploring and developing learning environments that strengthen children's well-being, learning, development and formation.

We work from a fundamental understanding that all children have the right to be part of a children's community and must have real opportunities to belong and participate .

Your task

As a resource educator you actively participate in the everyday pedagogical life. Together with your colleagues, you contribute with a professional and exploratory view on the interaction between the child, the children's community, the learning environment and the pedagogical practice. You are part of the Resource Team and work across the municipality's six day care facilities, which range from Golfparken in Frederikshavn to Cronborgvej in Skagen .

The resource team’s pedagogical leader and the area manager continuously assess where your efforts are placed. At present, the resource educators are located for a half year in each house.

You will among other things

• have a view to children's participation opportunities in play, activities, routines and communities
• include the children's perspectives
• investigate practice and develop pedagogical action possibilities together with colleagues
• translate professional knowledge into concrete practice
• work systematically with, among other things, KVALid and action learning
• contribute with professional sparring, reflection and constructive feedback.

KVALid supports the work of developing learning environments of good and high quality with attention to the needs of the whole group of children.
