2 social- and health care assistants wanted for day shift in the Citizen's Fixed Team, district Hasseris

Are you trained as a social and health care assistant and do you thrive in working in a new and dynamic team?

You will have the opportunity to influence the team's work and structure, while receiving support and sparring from competent colleagues in a multidisciplinary framework.

From 1 April 2025 we have started in the Citizen's Fixed Team. This means that multidisciplinary collaboration will be put front and center, and the citizen will experience a district that is built on the competencies of social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants and nurses, all contributing to our core task and the best possible course for the citizen.

In the Citizen's Fixed Team we work from holistic care. This means we are divided into smaller teams and the citizen will therefore experience great continuity and coherence in contact with us as staff in their home or in our clinics.

About the position

There are 2 vacant positions.

Position 1

• Social and health care assistant for a permanent day shift
• There is weekend work every 2nd weekend.
• The position is as a rule 37 hours/week
• Employment date 1/1-27 or as soon as possible
• There may be an opportunity to become an apprentice supervisor for SOSU in this position in the future

Position 2

• Social - and health care assistant for a maternity leave cover in day shift
• There is weekend work every 2nd weekend.
• The position is as a rule 37 hours/week

Expected employment date is January 1, 2027.

It is a prerequisite for the position that you have a valid driver's license.

Salary and employment terms

According to the applicable collective agreement for social- and health care personnel (73.01) which is concluded between KL and the FOA union.

Prior to final employment there must be a criminal record check and references obtained.
