Our expectations of you

• Can take responsibility for task execution based on residents’ needs and dignity
• Are conscious of your competences and will use your colleagues as sparring partners.
• Are good at setting structure for yourself and your colleagues and contribute to smooth flow and a good tone.
• Have a flair for and understand the importance of correct documentation
• Are flexible, service-minded and want to work interdisciplinary with the rest of the home’s staff for the benefit of our residents, relatives and the home’s other guests.
• Can create homeliness, security and star moments together with the residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.

Your tasks: You will have a daily life close to the residents and be part of the daily nursing and care tasks. You will be a role model and help, guide and teach your colleagues, and your tasks will include, among others:

• Nursing and care tasks
• To support a rehabilitative and person-centered approach
• To create continuity and coherence regarding the care and treatment of the individual resident.
• To coordinate collaboration with the resident, relatives and other partners
• Together with the other staff you are focused on creating a content-rich and welcoming everyday life for the home’s residents, and you manage to make health care documentation and practice go hand in hand with humane care and compassion.

About the position

• The position is 37 hours and requires work every other weekend
• Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.
