About the job

Nat-Tech Education seeks a dedicated and proactive caseworker to a temporary full-time position from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2029.

Nat-Tech Education consists of four departments with over 60 employees. In the SNUK department we work, among other things, with case processing of merit and exemption cases, study board support, education quality and development, as well as continuing and postgraduate education.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a colleague who will work within the case processing area for the education programs at our two faculties. You are passionate about making a difference for the students and about creating a coherent task solution where academic considerations carry high weight. You thrive with a broad task portfolio ranging from legal determinations, working in several of our IT systems, team collaboration and working with processes and workflows.

At the same time, we expect you to contribute to projects within the study administrative area with a focus on collaboration and involvement of relevant departments and colleagues.

Your tasks will include

  • Case processing and handling of students’ applications for exemptions and merit, as well as guidance to students in connection with their applications.
  • Case processing and handling of applications for admission to, among other things, vacant places in the faculties’ programs
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, development and process optimization through teamwork with your colleagues in study administration.

We value

  • That you have a relevant higher education degree
  • That you preferably have experience with case processing, including insight into public administration and possibly relevant regulations for university education
  • That you are thorough, independent, proactive and take ownership of your tasks and also thrive with close collaboration with colleagues from many departments.
  • That you have strong communication skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • That you have a systematic approach to work, and that you can ask colleagues for help, just as you should be ready to lend a hand when needed.
  • That you have an interest in and understanding of working in a politically driven organization

It is an advantage if you have experience with the study administrative systems we use at Nat-Tech Education.

About the department

You will be a fixed part of a team where professional community, collegial sparring and good humor are highly valued. We expect you to actively participate by asking questions and contributing with your input and ideas. With us you will experience a inclusive working environment where we share both professional successes and challenges. We offer flexible terms with a high level of trust that everyone will solve their tasks to the best of their ability and work independently. At the same time we work closely together and follow up on tasks collectively to ensure an efficient and coordinated task solution.

Application deadline

All applications must be submitted online. The application deadline is Friday, November 20, 2026.

Employment from January 1, 2027.
