Our expectations of you

At 7-Eleven the customer is our top boss and always has first priority. As assistant manager you are the store manager's right-hand and your primary task is to lift sales, create a good mood for the customers and ensure a consistently neat and inviting store.

You should thrive on unforeseen challenges and be passionate about going the extra mile when needed, i.e. be the one wearing the captain's armband so that it becomes fun to be both customer and employee in the store – we want it to be fun and profitable.

As a person it is important that you can work in a structured and independent manner, as in this job you will work alone most of the time. We would very much like you to have a few years of experience from retail or an equivalent position, but it is not a requirement.

Responsible for the store's operations You, in close cooperation with the store manager, have the responsibility for the store and the daily operation, including:

· Achieve the daily and monthly sales figures and budgets

· Ordering of goods

· Goods receipt and restocking of goods

· Order and structure in the warehouse and office

· Preparation of food

· Compliance with the store's self-check program

· Cleaning routines in the store are put in place/systematized

· Execution of campaigns according to the given deadlines

· Daily follow-up and adherence to the depreciation budget

· Actively participate in status meetings focusing on optimizing shrinkage results

· Contribute to compliance with internal guidelines

· Active participation in and around the store's events is expected

· Various ad hoc tasks in a dynamic daily routine

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 30 hours per week with the possibility of more hours. We are open 24/7 year-round, and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are alternated accordingly.

Salary and terms of employment are regulated by the store agreement as well as special provisions agreed with HK Handel.
