About the job

Borggården is an integrated institution, with 2 nursery groups, 3 kindergarten groups, and a mini group (children who have been referred).

In the nursery, structured work is done to establish a language-stimulating environment, and a structure that promotes calm, presence, and time for immersion.

Our playground contains many exciting learning spaces. The nursery has its own playground where children are challenged sensorially and motorically. When they are ready, they can use other outdoor areas that include many trees and bushes, an area with high biodiversity, a campfire hut, musical instruments, a bike track, etc.

Information about starting salary

Pedagogue: Employment follows the collective agreement for pedagogues at day care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., §§4-9. The expected starting salary for full-time, excluding pension, is 32,928 DKK / within the range 32,928 DKK to 37,874 DKK depending on seniority. Note that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.

Pedagogue Assistant: Employment follows the collective agreement for pedagogue assistants and educational assistants, §§ 4-7 on salary determination. The expected starting salary for full-time, excluding pension, is 25,575 DKK / within the range 25,575 to 29,312 DKK depending on seniority. Note that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
