Gefion is seeking engaged SSAs for full-time positions with rotating shifts.

Who are we?

Gefion is a housing and day care service under §104 and §108 for 28 adults with autism.

We are around 130 employees who every day work to create security, development and quality of life.

Terms of employment

The position is 37 hours.

The position is in a fixed work rotation, which includes day, evening and weekend shifts every second weekend, as well as the possibility of long shifts of 10-15 hours. Our local agreement, with the trade unions, states that in a 4-week work cycle there may be at most 6 long shifts.

Working hours are between 07:00-22:00, but may vary depending on the residents' needs.
