About the job

We are seeking an administrative employee who thrives on responsibility and independent work.

This is a part-time position where your skills determine the number of hours. In addition to about 15 hours of administrative tasks, you have the opportunity for more hours if you are up for, for example, driving a car to the inspection, running other errands, handling ongoing smaller tasks around the mechanics.

You become the workshop's administrative hub and the first person many customers meet either on the phone or at the counter. At the same time you will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, invoicing and coordination of the workshop's tasks.

It is important that you already have experience with similar tasks and are familiar with administrative IT systems. You will naturally receive a brief handover and introduction to the existing workflows.

The position requires that you can make decisions in daily work and self-prioritize your tasks. In return you will have great freedom with responsibility and an important role in a small company where people help each other and work together.

Work tasks

  • Daily bookkeeping in e-conomic
  • Invoicing of workshop tasks
  • Handling and payment of supplier invoices
  • Reception and service of customers at the workshop and by phone
  • Booking and coordination of the workshop's calendar and customer appointments
  • Ordering spare parts via FTZ Plus
  • Preparation of material for the auditor and reconciliation of accounts
  • Driving cars to the inspection and pickup of spare parts as needed

More about the position The company offers

  • A key function at the workshop, where you become the administrative backbone in daily operations
  • Great independence and the possibility to make decisions within your area of responsibility
  • Hand-over from the previous employee
  • A varied everyday life with customer contact, booking, invoicing, bookkeeping and coordination
  • Close collaboration with the owner and the opportunity to influence the workflows
  • A small company with an informal and down-to-earth working environment
  • Salary according to qualifications
  • Flexibility regarding working hours by mutual agreement

About you

  • You have experience with bookkeeping and administrative tasks
  • You are familiar with e-conomic or similar
  • You are good at customer service both on the phone and when customers come to the workshop
  • Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage, but not required
  • You have a category B driver's license
  • You can self-prioritize tasks and make decisions in daily work
  • You work in a structured way and follow tasks through to completion
