We are looking for two engaged social workers/social mediators for respectively Team Psychiatry and our Special Team (§ 100 / § 96 et al.).

We work based on VUM 2.0 and a recovery-oriented approach, where we take the citizen’s resources as well as the citizen’s own wishes, hopes and dreams as our starting point.

Two strong professional profiles – which path are you passionate about?

• 1. Advisor for Team Psychiatry

Here you will be part of a dedicated team that works with citizens with psychiatric functional impairments. Your task will be to create safe, structured processes with a focus on development and well-being.

• The tasks include, among other things, VUM assessment, visitation and follow-up on residential care facilities (§§ 107/108), social-pedagogical support (§ 85), day services (§§ 103 and 104) and guardianship.
• You will have a daily life with broad contact with citizens, ongoing contact with clients and good collaboration with both internal and external actors.
• 2. Advisor for the Special Team (§ 100 / § 96 et al.)

Here you join a small, well-functioning team of a total of 6 advisors. You will have the opportunity to dive into the compensatory area and work with complex assessments, calculations and legislation.

• The tasks primarily include compensation benefits (§ 100), Citizen-Run Personal Assistance (§ 96) and cash grants (§ 95, para. 3) as well as related areas such as §§ 98 and 102.
• The position is ideal for you who love professional depth, enjoy nerding in cases and numbers, and work in a structured and systematic way.

Practical information

• Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
• Working hours: 37 hours per week (or by agreement).
