Are you good at talking to people and helping them find the right solution?

At Begravelsesguiden we speak every day with relatives who have lost someone they hold dear. They need security, overview and help to choose one of the funeral directors that Begravelsesguiden has approved and collaborates with.

Your task is first and foremost to listen to the relatives, advise them and help them proceed to a funeral director who can take care of their wishes and needs. You must be able to build trust, communicate clearly and be good at conveying why your recommendation is the right solution for them.

Your tasks?

Relatives calling Begravelsesguiden need an overview of what they will go through in the near future and to find a funeral director they can feel safe with. It is your primary task to listen, ask the right questions, so you can advise as best as possible and refer to a competent funeral director.

You do not work from a fixed script. You must be able to build trust on the phone and structure the conversation, while thinking strategically and conveying a solution in a way that makes sense for the individual.

In addition you will, among other things, work with

• Quality tests and feedback to our funeral directors.
• Follow-up and coordination with partners.
• Sales of death notices.

Who are you?

You do not need to have a specific education or background. Maybe you are on a gap year, or perhaps you have just completed an education and want practical work experience. We provide thorough training and give you the tools you need to be good at the job.
