Prof-Shoppen is among the country's largest retailers of, among other things, trailers and garden machines. We currently have four locations in Denmark as well as a professional webshop.

We are seeking an engaged and outgoing department manager who will take responsibility for the daily operation of our department in Randers.

We imagine that you have experience in leading a small team and in the operation of a store and/or workshop. You may have a background in sales and repair of forestry, garden and park machinery and/or retail. Knowledge of online sales would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

In other words, we are looking for a versatile person who sees development and growth in the department as an exciting challenge.

The job includes, among other things,

• Keeping the department neat and tidy.
• Assembling and registering trailers.
• Ensuring a consistent and high standard.
• Providing customer service that exceeds customers' expectations.
• Processing orders in different IT systems, including registering trailers.
• Speaking with and writing to customers and partners.
• Assisting customer service with telephone and written inquiries.
• Being responsible for the transport of trailers and garden machines.
• Preparing vacation and shift plans.

• Being present in the department on a daily basis.

Driver's license

• Class B driver's license (ordinary car) is required.
• A trailer and forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement.
