About the job

You will become part of an experienced anesthesia team, where we work closely with surgeons, operating room nurses, recovery staff and other colleagues at the hospital.

As an anesthesiology nurse with us you will play a central role in the patient journey – from reception and preparation to anesthesia, monitoring and handover after the operation. You will meet patients who can often be tense or worried before a procedure, and your professionalism, calmness and ability to connect have great importance for their experience.

We have an informal tone and help each other when needed. There is room to ask, share experiences and discuss professional issues with colleagues who know the daily life in anesthesia. We emphasize that one can work independently and actively participate in the community that makes the day hang together.

• A permanent position of 32-37 hours per week
• Primarily day shifts Monday to Friday with occasional evening shifts
• A varied daily life with patients in, among others, orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, urology and gastrointestinal surgery

About you

You are a trained anesthesiology nurse and preferably have at least two years of experience. Experience from several surgical specialties is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a solid professional foundation and a desire to continue developing.
