AP Pension seeks Process Designer

Would you like to help design the future AP Pension?

We are in the midst of a comprehensive digital transformation, where we are rethinking customer journeys, processes and the way we work. Therefore we are looking for two process designers to help develop our future processes with a basis in AI, automation and digital possibilities.

About the job

As a process designer you will drive analyses, facilitate design journeys and develop future workflows together with process owners, business owners and specialists across AP Pension.

You will, among other things,

• Facilitate workshops, analyses and design sessions.
• Map and challenge existing processes.
• Design future AI-native processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Prepare process designs, hypotheses and decision briefs.
• Translate business needs into concrete initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of AP Pension's process and transformation methods.
• Collaborate closely with the business, Product Owners, architects and development teams.
• Create an overview of processes, dependencies and interconnections across the organization.

Your profile

We expect that you have experience in process development, transformation and business development and are motivated by creating tangible improvements.

We emphasize that you

• Have several years of experience with process design and process optimization.
• Have experience from the financial sector and especially the pension area.
• Are experienced in facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Can translate complex problems into concrete solutions.
• Have experience with customer journeys, service design and design thinking.
• Understand the possibilities in AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Can work across business and IT.
• Are analytical and at the same time pragmatic in your approach.
• Enjoy challenging existing workflows and conventional thinking.
