Our car showroom at Darupvang 13 was formerly Preben Mortensen Biler (Karvil), but has now become part of Nielsen Car Group and Bjarne Nielsen. We are looking for a skilled receptionist/customer service representative who wants to become part of the team and help ensure our customers have a good experience when their car goes to the workshop.

In the reception, you are an important link between the customer and the workshop. You greet customers both on the phone and in the car showroom, help with booking and advising, and ensure that the arrangements regarding the customer's car are in place.

You will have a everyday with many different tasks and close contact with both customers, mechanics and your other colleagues. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working with people, can keep track of details and at the same time maintain a good mood when the pace is high.

Your tasks include among others

• Professional reception and advice to our workshop customers
• Booking and planning of workshop visits
• Telephone contact with customers
• Coordination between customers and workshop
• Administration of rental cars
• Follow-up on ongoing workshop tasks
• Close collaboration with mechanics and other colleagues in the car showroom

Who are you? We would like you to have experience from a similar position in the automotive industry and preferably from an authorized workshop. However, the most important is that you understand good customer service and thrive in a role where you need to be both structured and approachable.
