The job and the tasks

As a workshop manager you play a central role in daily operations. You plan the day's tasks, maintain an overview and ensure that the work in the workshop runs efficiently and in a structured way. You work closely with your workshop manager colleague and report directly to the department head.

Your main tasks

• Plan and coordinate the workshop's daily tasks.
• Motivate and engage the employees in the daily work.
• Manage customer contact before, during and after the task solving.
• Prepare offers.
• Handle orders through the entire process.
• Improve workflows and ensure optimal use of resources.
