Dækpartner Sønderborg is seeking an active workshop foreman

Are you an experienced foreman/leader, and do you thrive with both workshop and administrative work? Then you might be our new active workshop foreman.

We are looking for an engaged foreman who can act as a link between customers, colleagues, and daily operations. You will become an important part of the team and have a varied daily life, where you both work practically in the workshop when needed, but also maintain a good administrative overview. Your main task is to ensure the good interaction between the workshop operations and the accompanying administrative responsibilities.

Your tasks

• The center manager's right-hand person, with responsibility for operations in their absence
• Daily planning and coordination of the workshop's tasks
• Customer contact, advice and preparation of offers
• Quality assurance of completed work
• Ordering of spare parts and collaboration with suppliers
• Contribute to a good working environment and high customer satisfaction

We expect that you

• Have an understanding of or interest in tyres, agriculture, etc.
• Have experience as a foreman or are ready to take the next step in your career
• Are structured and good at creating an overview
• Are service-minded and good at communicating with both customers and colleagues
• Have a positive attitude and take responsibility
• Have a driver's license
