Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Hjordkær

Do you want to lead the daily operations in a manufacturing company, then we have the job for you!

You will be responsible for a department of 15 employees, where you will ensure that production runs optimally and efficiently. Among other things, large steel components weighing up to 90 tons are processed.

The machine park includes, among others, two new Pama machines, 3 FPT machines as well as smaller lathes and milling machines.

Your primary tasks

• Leadership of employees so that we have a well-run department with high output and satisfied employees
• Planning of daily production so resources are utilized efficiently
• Ensure compliance with production plans and customers' deadlines
• Ensure quality, efficiency and continuous improvement

We imagine that you

• Have experience/knowledge of the metal industry
• Are happy to have a craftsmanship background, but not a requirement
• Are happy to have experience from a similar position, but not a requirement
• Can communicate in English and/or German
