Are you ready to strengthen the employer brand of JYSK Head Office?

As Employer Branding Consultant, you will help create engaging experiences for current and future colleagues through employer branding campaigns, career events, digital platforms and onboarding initiatives. Working closely with the HR team, you will bring the overall JYSK Employer Brand to life across Head Office activities and touchpoints.

This is a part-time position on 30 hours/week reporting to the HR Manager at the JYSK Head Office.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As Employer Branding Consultant, you will be responsible for strengthening the employer brand at JYSK Head Office. In close collaboration with the HR team, you will turn the overall employer branding strategy into engaging local initiatives that attract, engage and onboard current and future colleagues.

Your tasks and responsibilities include

• Execute employer branding initiatives for JYSK Head Office in alignment with the overall JYSK Employer Brand
• Build relationships with universities, business schools and student organisations, and coordinate participation in career events
• Ensure visibility and alignment of employer branding activities
• Coordinate the Head Office Career Site and Welcome Site
• Various HR administrative tasks
• Manage parts of the welcoming process for new JYSK Head Office employees, including merchandise ordering and coordination with Supplier and Helpdesk.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

You are structured, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and balancing attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Has experience from either employer branding or marketing position
• Has strong project management and coordination skills
• Communicates clearly and professionally in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across teams
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
