Arden Home Care is seeking more Social and Health Care Assistants as we increase our care intensity – working hours primarily in day shifts

Arden Home Care consists of a number of incredibly competent SSAs, SSHs and a few unskilled workers, who together lift the core task impeccably. But we need more to complete the team!

We are seeking 2 Social and Health Assistants for permanent positions

• SSA, 37 hours per week with work every 2nd or 3rd weekend.
• The working hours will primarily be in day shifts, but there may be a need for mixed shifts to achieve a full-time employment.

Professional sparring

We are good at giving feedback to each other, and at sparring in the group when we review citizens/patients at theme meetings, and via observations in our care system. As an SSA in Arden Home Care you work closely with other professional groups across shift teams to ensure a high level of professionalism, where we will not compromise patient safety or professionalism.

Influence

As an SSA in Arden Home Care you are a central and indispensable part of our task solving, which means you have influence on the workplace, in close cooperation with coordinators and the manager. The employee at Arden Home Care stands strong together shoulder to shoulder, and there is therefore no bad questions or blame culture, because it goes against our values.
