At Gefion Day and Residential Care we are looking for hourly on-call substitutes for our fantastic residents with autism.

You don’t need to be an expert in autism, pedagogy or complex human behavior. You just need to be willing to learn, be curious about other people, and be able to show up at work with both responsibility and a good mood.

What will you do?

You will become an important part of the daily lives of some of our residents.

That means, among other things, that you will

• Support in daily activities
• Create safety and structure
• Build good relationships
• Participate in activities and experiences
• Help with care and personal hygiene

And yes, some days go exactly as planned. Others don’t. Both are completely normal.

Employment terms The position is hourly paid on-call. Varied day and evening shifts throughout the week.

Working hours are between 07:00 and 22:00, but may vary according to the residents’ needs.
