Do you like to create smiles, good experiences and cozy moments? Are you passionate about making a difference for older people? Then maybe you’re the one we’re looking for!

At Plejecenter Enghaven we want life to be lived – even when you live in a nursing home. We believe everyday life becomes a little better with community, presence, laughter and meaningful experiences.

Therefore we are seeking an activities assistant who would like to put their personal touch on our residents’ afternoons and evenings.

Your main task is to create life and joy

We want a colleague who wants to fill the afternoon and evening hours with pleasant and meaningful activities.

It can include anything from

• Bingo, card games and board games.
• Music, singing and dancing.
• Creative crafts and small projects.
• Walks, conversation and pleasant coffee moments.
• Movie evenings and joint events.
• Themed evenings, festive appearances and seasonal traditions.

You should enjoy thinking creatively and coming up with new initiatives, but also have an eye for the small things that can make a big difference for the individual resident.

The most important is not how many activities you reach – but that you manage to create presence, togetherness and good moments.

Practical information

Working hours/tasks: Primarily afternoon and evening hours. There may be care tasks in acute situations or due to illness. Weekend and holiday work may also be expected if needed. But as a rule the position is without weekend shifts.
